All prices shown are NETT, include the shipping and handling fees from USA to Singapore (via USPS Express Mail International) and it takes 5 to 10 business days.

At CoutureBags, we are committed to offering you the best possible prices. We will be glad to meet our competitor's pricing if you ever find an item that we offer, in the same color and size, available from a similar blogshop.

Please note that premier designer goods are not included in this policy. We are unable to match prices from auction and outlet stores or websites, as well as other blogshops' discount promotions and shipping offers.

If you have found a lower price on our site or a competitor's site within 7 days of your order, just complete the form on this page to request a refund.

CoutureBags' 100% Price Guarantee Guidelines:
  1. You must first purchase the item with Couture Bags before requesting your Price Guarantee. You must file your claim within 7 days of purchase.
  2. The item must be currently available in the same size, style, model and color that it is on CoutureBags blog, and be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor's Web site or Blogshop.
  3. Special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates and "buy one, get one" offers are not eligible. Price matches will not be honored on clearance, close out, inventory reduction or timed sales.
  4. Guarantee applies to Singapore Blogshop only, must not be an auction site, a discount site, a search engine or a membership club.
  5. The Price Guarantee means we will refund you 100% of the difference between the CoutureBags price (less any promotional discounts or coupons and excluding shipping and tax) and the competitor's price.
  6. There is a limit of one guarantee claim per item, per customer.
Guarantee only applies to purchases for personal use. Guarantee does not apply to purchases for resale or commercial purposes. Couture Bags reserve the right to terminate this price guarantee policy or deny a price match at any time due to abuse or any other unforeseen circumstances.


All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refund will be made only when item is out of stock or not authentic.


We are not responsible for any damages or lost during the mailing process within Singapore, therefore, registered postage is recommended.


Cancellation is not allowed once the payment has been made.
